WPF's NeoCon 2016 New Product Review

Bretford

If you weren’t able to make it to Chicago for this year’s NeoCon earlier this month, you missed one of the busiest shows in a long time. Crowded showrooms and long lines for elevators were very much the order of the day, as an estimated 50,000 plus visitors saw the latest and greatest workplace designs and innovations from over 500 exhibitors.

Over the course of the three-day event, the WPF team visited with all of our manufacturing partners who were showing and viewed a broad range of new products and solutions.

Innovation to improve current offerings and an increased focus on health in the workplace were both very much evidence throughout the showrooms. Sit-to-stand, adjustable height work surfaces and balancing while sitting/leaning are being incorporated in many products.

We have highlighted some of the new product introductions from WPF manufacturers at this year’s NeoCon in this special issue of WPF's Out of the Box. Take a minute or two, click on the manufacturer logo, and enjoy this glimpse into what you missed if you were unable to attend Neocon this year or didn’t have a chance to catch up with these fine WPF supplier partners if you did go.

A number of NeoCon showrooms featured furniture designs that are a departure from what we traditionally think of as an “office furniture look”. For some insight into why these changes are happening click on the link below and read the MLive article Why the office is being designed to be more like home.
